Abstract：Objective To compare the content of saponin in Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora derived from different collection periods. Method Spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of saponin. Result The contents of saponin in one-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is different from two-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae (P<0.05). The contents of saponin in two-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is the same as multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae (P>0.05). The contents of saponin in multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae is different from multi-year Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora (P<0.05). Conclusion The content of saponin in Bark of Silktree Albizziae and Bark of Silktree Albizziae kaldora derived from different collection periods is quite different.

合欢皮为豆科植物合欢Albizia julibrissin Durazz.的干燥树皮,具有解郁安神、活血消肿的功能,用于心神不安、忧郁失眠、肺痈疮肿、跌扑伤痛等症[1]。据调查,在商品药材中,以同属植物山合欢Albizia kalkora (Roxb.) Prain皮代替合欢皮应用的现象时有发生,但2005年版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)只把合欢皮作为正品收载,而山合欢皮属于混淆品。皂苷类化合物是合欢皮中主要的有效成分,皂苷含量的高低直接影响着合欢皮药物的疗效。为了解不同采收期合欢皮与山合欢皮中总皂苷含量的差别,本试验对一年生、二年生与多年生的合欢皮与山合欢皮中总皂苷进行了测定比较,为新药研究和充分利用合欢皮药材资源提供一定的参考依据。

1 材料

1.1 药物

合欢Albizia julibrissin Durazz.与山合欢Albizia kalkora (Roxb.) Prain一年生、二年生与多年生的树皮采自济南郊区,由山东中医药大学药学院生药系石俊英教授鉴定。齐墩果酸对照品,中国药品生物制品检定所提供,批号110709- 200604。

1.2 仪器与试剂

UV-2201型紫外可见分光光度计(日本岛津),MA110型电子天平,DZKW-C型电子恒温水浴箱。试验所用试剂均为分析纯。
