Abstract:Objective To compare the quality of Citrus reticulata Blanco processed according to Guangdong standard and Chinese Pharmacopeia based on the content of hesperidin.Method Hesperidin in Citrus reticulata Blanco processed from the two standards was analyzed on a Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)column using methanol?water(40∶60) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength 284 nm. Result The average content of hesperidin in Citrus reticulata Blanco processed by Guangdong standard was 4.276%, and that by Chinese Pharmacopeia was 4.257%, while no significant difference was noted in respect of the content between the two processings. Conclusion Similar qualities of Citrus reticulata Blanco are obtained from the two processings.

　　陈皮为芸香科植物橘(Citrus reticulata Blanco)及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮，味苦、辛，性温，可理气健脾、燥湿化痰，用于胸脘胀满、食少吐泻、咳嗽痰多[1]。主产于广东、福建、四川、江苏、浙江、江西、湖南等地[2]。橙皮苷是陈皮中含量较高的一种双氢黄酮氧苷物质，早期作为维生素P，具有增强毛细血管壁作用，现代研究表明其具有降低血压、抗过敏、降低低密度胆固醇、影响血压、改变体内酶活性、改善微循环、抗菌、抗肝炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗癌等生理功能，具有很高的药用价值[3]。

　　陈皮有多种炮制方法，不同的药品标准收载的方法也不相同，《中国药典》2005版规定陈皮的炮制方法为除去杂质，喷淋水，润透，切丝，阴干[1]。《广东省中药炮制规范》1984版中陈皮炮制方法与药典方法不同，主要用蒸制。为了比较广东地方标准和国家标准陈皮的质量差异，探讨饮片质量标准，本文采用高效液相色谱法对10个样品的陈皮中橙皮苷进行含量测定，为广东地区饮片生产的规范化和陈皮炮制工艺的合理性提供理论依据。
