目前，所出现的问题，是资产管理公司制度性的缺陷，天黑以后，不知道是否还有明天，怎么可能不出问题。不能因为出现了这些问题，就扼杀资产管理公司的未来。资产管理公司的发展前景需要尽快明确，只有这样，才有利于资产管理公司的健康成长。
Abstract:The development of AMCs is the focus of theory and practice research. The problems exposed by the comprehensive audit in 2004 aroused deep thinking about the the developing prospect of AMCs. This paper analyses the risk of uncertainty of the development of AMCs , the features of AMCs and Chinese capital market , points out AMCs will not be closed as the imagination of estabishment but chang into investment banks. At last , we give some suggestions for the change.
