论我国网络著作权的法律保护

摘要：国际互联网络给人们生活带来了前所未有的变化。但是，它在带来巨大效益和便利的同时，也衍生出了许多法律问题。且随着网络商务活动的日益活跃，使得网络环境中的法律问题日渐突出，著作权问题已经成为国际社会共同关注的焦点。文章通过五个部分：网络著作权的法律性质;网络著作权与传统的著作权之间的差异;网络著作权的侵权分析;保护网络著作权面临的问题;构建我国网络著作权立法模式的探讨，对网络著作权的保护进行论述。
